Founded in 1969 by Mr Ray Calleja producing the original Rice-Based Snack Twistees in Malta. When Steve Calleja (the present Managing Director) took over the business from the late Ray Calleja, he continued to expand the company by introducing the Tastees brand for the export market. With a constant investment program in personnel and the latest technology, the company achieves the highest standards in snack manufacturing for both local and export markets—ensuring full customer support and satisfaction.

Over the years, the range has grown beyond the original Tastees to include a diverse and exciting line of flavours, offering something for every taste. This continued innovation keeps the brand fresh, appealing to both loyal customers and new generations of snack lovers alike.
